Four Hands Embroidery was thrilled to once again partner with experiential marketing agency Ayatana XP—this time for a sizzling HelloFresh brand activation at My Cooking Party NYC. When HelloFresh invited media and influencers to preview their fresh-for-fall recipes, they wanted an experience that felt personal, memorable, and totally one-of-a-kind. Enter: digital embroidery, live customization, and hands-on culinary fun.
This summer event was all about turning up the heat—and not just in the kitchen. Guests sharpened more than their appetites as HelloFresh Chefs taught culinary skills ranging from knife-sharpening finesse to hand-roll mastery. Attendees snacked on Sweet Peach BBQ Sliders and Pulled Mushroom Bulgogi Rice Bowls while learning insider techniques. But the flavor didn’t stop at the menu.
To elevate the experience, Ayatana XP brought Four Hands Embroidery onsite to add that extra personal touch. We set up our onsite embroidery station inside My Cooking Party’s Midtown loft, offering guests custom embroidered tea towels designed and stitched in real time. Nothing engages guests like watching an item go from run-of-the-mill to one-one-a-kind before their eyes, and our digital embroidery artists provided that experience while keeping the process smooth, fast, and visually captivating.
Guests left more than just full—they left stocked with personalized swag curated to celebrate their kitchen glow-up. Alongside our embroidered tea towels, the event featured laser-engraved salt cellars, culminating in the perfect mix of textures and custom craftsmanship. It was the perfect example of how customization, when thoughtfully integrated, transforms a brand activation into a lasting memory.
